Hultariqos is committed to providing quality online seminars and educational services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested for our services.
1. General Refund Terms
We offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
2. Seminar Registration Refunds
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
Participants may request a full refund under the following conditions:
Cancellation Before Seminar Start: If you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the scheduled seminar start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
Seminar Cancellation by Hultariqos: If we cancel a seminar for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund automatically.
Technical Issues: If technical problems on our platform prevent you from accessing the seminar content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Cancellation 7-13 Days Before: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the seminar start date may receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Early Withdrawal: If you attend less than 25% of a multi-session seminar and notify us of your withdrawal, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the seminar start date are not eligible for refunds.
No-Show: Failure to attend a seminar without prior notice does not qualify for a refund.
Partial Attendance: If you attend more than 25% of a seminar, no refund will be issued for non-attendance of remaining sessions.
Personal Circumstances: Refunds are not provided for personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or changes in individual circumstances after registration.
3. Subscription and Membership Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are available only within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. A prorated refund will not be provided for early cancellation.
4. Digital Materials and Resources
All digital materials, including downloadable resources, recorded sessions, and supplementary content, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5.2 Required Information

5.3 Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Transfers and Rescheduling
6.1 Seminar Transfer
If you cannot attend a seminar, you may transfer your registration to another participant or to a future seminar session, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled seminar date.
6.2 Rescheduling
We may reschedule seminars due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered the option to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full refund.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary situations, please contact us directly. We will review such cases individually and may grant exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
8. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment. If currency exchange rates have changed between the time of purchase and the refund, any difference in exchange rates is the responsibility of the customer.
9. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
10. Non-Transferable Promotional Discounts
If you received a promotional discount or used a coupon code for your purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied. Promotional discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value.
11. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account may be suspended, and access to all services will be revoked. We encourage you to contact us directly to address any concerns before pursuing a chargeback.
12. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any seminar, service, or subscription plan at any time. In the event of significant changes that affect your purchased services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer suitable alternatives or refunds where appropriate.

Hultariqos reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
